We've officially decided on the date for our community meeting...

I'm anticipating a fairly simple agenda, focusing mainly on the improvements that we would like to see made to Highland View Park.  We will have the opportunity to meet and greet not only our friends and neighbors, but our partners in this project from Kansas City Parks and Recreation (KCPR).

 

I will plan to provide a brief history on how we've come to where we are in this project, and will do my best to answer any questions you may have.  Mike Herron (KCPR) will spend some time covering the overall history of the park, and bring us up to speed on the funding opportunities and what has been proposed to date.

 

At the end of the meeting, we should have an agreed upon prioritized list of desired improvements for Highland View Park.
