For anyone that is interested, I've added the original master plan document (dated October 9, 1990) for Highland View Park to the Documents section of the site. 

 

From what it looks like, very little of what is on this document was ever actually completed.  However, we can use this as somewhat of a base design as we plan future upgrades to the park.
